illegal and unauthorised practices,non-criterian basis and self styled
illegal trustees and unauthorised PRINCIPAL of the institute that they
constituted parents association that was being published in the daily

conscensus and awareness of the parents of MEI PAMPORE.it is to

association had already been constituted by the parents of MUSLIM

Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) stated, "The believer is like
a mirror to other believers (in truthfulness)." Like a
mirror, your friend gives you an honest image.
He forgives your mistakes, but does not hide or
exaggerate your strengths and weaknesses.
Once the Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) was asked,
"What person can be the best friend?" "He who helps
you remember Allah (SWT), and reminds you when you
forget Him," the Prophet Mohammad (pbuh), counseled.
Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) was further asked,
"Who is the best among people?" Prophet Mohammad (pbuh)
replied, "He who, when you look at him, you remember
Allah (SWT)". Such a friend reflects qualities of love, mercy,
honesty, service, patience, optimism, professionalism,
and the entire lifestyle taught by Islam.
Imam Ali (as) Says: "The poor is one who does not
have any friend."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Live amongst people in such a manner
that if you die they weep over you and if you are alive
they crave for your company (friendship)."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Friendship transfers a stranger
in to a relative."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Do not choose as your friend
the enemy of your friend."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Two true friends are a single soul in
different bodies."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "He who discards a friend for slight
offence risks loneliness."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "In time of distress a man can
distinguished between his friend and enemy."
Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) Says: "Be careful to have
truthful friends and try to obtain them, for they are
your support when you are in welfare, and your advocator
when you have misfortune."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Be not friend with a fool, for he will
harm you while meaning to do good to you."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "It is better to listen to a wise enemy
than to seek counsel from a foolish friend."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Keep away from friendship of liar
surely he will show you as near what is far from you and
will show as far what is near you."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "O' Kumayl! Say what is just in any
condition. Be friends with the righteous and avoid
the evil doers, stay away from the hypocrites and
do not accompany the treacherous."
Imam Sajjad (as) Says: "Beware of the companionship of
the sinful, and helping of the unjust."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "If a friend envies you, then he is not
a true friend."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "Verily, there are three (types of)
friends for a Muslim,
1) The friend who says: I am with you whether you are alive
or dead', and this is his deed.
2) The friend who says: I am with you unto the threshold
of your grave and then I will leave you', and this is his children.
3) The friend who says: I will be with you until when you die',
and this is his wealth which will belong to the inheritors
when he dies."
Imam Ali (as) Says: "He who is deserted by friends and
relatives will often find help and sympathy from strangers."
Imam Hassan (as) Says: "Befriend people in the same manner
you would like them to befriend you."
Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) Says: "Be the friend of him who may
grace you, not of one whom you are better than."
(Viz. make friends with ones who are higher than you so
that you progress.)
Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) Says: "My most beloved brother is
he who (makes me aware of) my faults."
Imam Hassan Askari (as) Says: "Those who advise their
friend secretly are respecting them, and those who advise
them openly are humiliating them."
Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) has narrated from his father
Imam Muhammad Baqir (as) who said his father
Imam Sajjad (as) stated: "O' my son! Beware of five (groups)
and do not seek companionship (friendship) with them,
do not speak with them, and do not make friends
with them on (the) way."
Then, Imam Muhammad Baqir (as) asked his father
who they were and might he introduces them to him.
Imam Sajjad (as) responded:
1) "Beware of and do not associate with the one who tells lies.
He is as a mirage which makes near for you what is far,
and makes far to you what is near."
2) "Beware of and do not associate with an immoral person,
because he will sell you at the price of a morsel or less
than that."
3) "Beware of and do not associate with a miser because he
will deprive you of his wealth when you are seriously in need
of it."
4) "Beware of and do not associate with a fool, because
he wants to be of avail to you but he harms you."
5) "Beware of and do not associate with the one who
disregards his kinfolks, because I found him (such a person)
cursed in the Book Allah, Almighty and Glorious, in three
occurrences." They are:
(Sura Al-Baqarah, 2:27; Sura Ar-Rad, 13:25; and
Sura Muhammad, 47:22).

and that's all I have to say.There are many traditions from around the world that determine what a funeral looks like. In some cultures the body is cremated and the ashes may be kept in an urn. In other cultures, the body is put into the ground itself without a coffin. Some traditions have people who are designated wailers who are there to help people cry. What these cultures all have in common is the desire to mark the importance of the individuals life and to mourn for the loss of the departed. Siblings that pass away have special meaning to us. They are often close in age to us and their death may bring to mind our own mortality. Life is no longer taken for granted. Someone from our generation has passed away. If the death is unexpected, there may be loose ends in the relationship that have not been dealt with. It is common that a death of a sibling brings upon a search for meaning. We may ask ourselves if we are accomplishing the goals that we have set for ourselves.
In the name of Allah Most Merciful, the All Compasionate
Starting with the basic concept of Islam; Allah (Subhanahu Wata'ala) has created this universe, and each and everything within it. As Allah says in the Quran, " Allah, it is He, Who has made for you the earth as a dwelling place and the sky as a conopy and He has given you shape and made your shapes good (looking) and has provided you with the good things. That is Allah, your Lord : so Blesses be Allah, the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn and all that exists). [Chapter 40, Verse 64]
And thus, each and every one of our possessions is the blessing of Allah. As He alone is the creator and owner of everything. Life in this world is temporary' and it is a test for the Human Beings; for which we will be awarded in the everlasting' Hereafter. Allah (Jallah Shaanuhu) has created us for His Ibaadah ( worship ). He has prescribed rules for those who Believe in Allah; and those who abide by them, will succeed and prosper in the Hereafter.
Allah says in the Quran, "(It is He) who created death and life to test which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving." [Chapter 67, Verse 2]
Loss and grief is part of the test. When a person encounters loss or grief, it actually a test, which Allah is putting us through. Allah says, " Be sure, We shall test you through fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives or the fruits (of your toil) but glad tidings to those who patiently persevere." [Surah Baqarah, Chapter 2, Verse 155]
It is natural to feel sorrow over a loss, whether it be concerning wealth and possesion or losing a loved one. But Islam teaches muslims to remain steadfast at all times. When a hard time befalls him, or a grief overwhelms him, a muslim should turn his attention to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, and should pray and supplicate. And Allah will give him the strength to endure the loss and pain.
Islam teaches us to remain patient in the greatest of losses and not to greive unnecessesarily over what has been lost; as life in this world is temporary. Eveything is bound to an end one day. Moreover, everything is predistined Allah Jallah Shanuhu has already written the "fate" of everyone, as Allah says in Surah Hadeed, " No calamity befalls on the earth or in yourselves but it is incribed in the Book of Decrees (Al Lauh ul Mahfooz) before We bring it into existance. Verily, that is easy for Allah. In order that you may not grieve at the things that you fail to get, nor rejoice over that which has been given to you. And Allah likes not prideful boasters. [Surah Al Hadeed, Verses 22-23]
A muslim should never complain about a loss he faces; as everything in this world belongs to Allah, and whatever happens is due to Allah's decision and whatever Allah has decided is, for the benefit of the muslim, whether the benefit is in this world or the hereafter, or both, this too is Allah's decision.
On the occasion of death, of Prophet Muhammad's (Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam) son, Ibrahim, the Prophet said, "Our eyes our filled with tears, our hearts with grief but, we say nothing with our lips except that which pleases Allah Verily to Allah we belong and to Him we return."
This example from the life of the Holy Prophet(peace be upon him) as well as countless others from that of Sahabah (R.A), teach us to be patient and submit to the will of Allah, and accept His decision for us.
On dealing with sorrow, Shekih Al Sheraim said, a muslim must supplicate to Allah to ward off sorrow before it strikes him. But when it happens, a Muslim must be patient and Allah will reward him by forgiving his sins. He should also supplicate to Allah so that He removes the sadness from his heart and replaces it with happiness.
MAY ALLAH GRANT HIM JANNAH AND FORGIVE ALL HIS SINS AND PROVIDE HIM THE REST OF HEAVEN................AAMEEN SUMMA AAMEEEM.

SAVE OUR CAREER STUDENTS OF HABBA KHATOON MEMORIAL INSTITUTE SAFFRON TOWN PAMPORE.
The commerce stream students of Government Girls hr. Secondary institute namely as HABBA KHATOON MEMORIAL INSTITUTE AT Pampore kashmir protested against the atrocites done with them by the concerned institutional staff who don't have took step forward towards their career building . Lot of negligences and lack of staff especially for the commerce stream (45 Students) who came to road for the safegaurd of their career. The students have asked from the beginning of new session Dec 2011 that they are not being vigilated by an authority or teachers for the concerned stream. We primarly discussed the things with various authorities in the institute they also maked it a rough and no further actions are being taken towards our rights and as per the provision and the norms of education. The principal of the same institute also not laid much stress about the future of the students. inspite struggling to empower the careerof the students marked them as a INDISCIPLINE CREATORS in the institute. Meanwhile FALLAH BEHBOOD COMMITTEE SAFFRON TOWN PAMPORE ensured the students that we had already mentioned this good and talentful staffing) especially for the commerce stream for both of the wings (boys and girls). Chairman fallah behbood committe safforn town pampore Mr. Mir Murrawat Hussain ensured students that we had already made a LIST OF DEMANDS{ ALONG WITH MEMORANDUM} and the said above is among one of them that is already being submitted and forwarded to various high authorities before 15 days like (Div.comm/Dep.comm.) but the authorities haven"t taken any step and all in vain.

information on general and fundamental rights and responsibilities.Equal

Cancer society of kashmir has organised the public awareness programme on the eve of WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY in collabration with DEGREE COLLEGE PAMPORE AND FALLAH BEHBOOD COMMITTEE SAFFRON TOWN PAMPORE.In which students of GDC PAMPORE,doctors and various other FAMOUS PERSONALITIES OF PAMPORE and CANCER SOCIETY OF KASHMIR provided information and awareness about the illeffectsand hazards of smoking.
PAMPORE: Glowing tributes to MP G.N Ratanpuri from the people of Pampore. The people of Pampore town paysa lot of thankfulness to the Member Parliament (MP) Jenab Gulam Nabi Ratanpuri when the delegation meets them at their Pulwama residence headed by MirMurawat Hussain chairman of Fallah Behbood Committee saffrontown Pampore,and Haji ghulam mohd sheikh(legal advisor jaybee agro industries pvt.ltd, Idar-e- Auqaf IslamiaTrust Pampore, Traders Federation pampore, Nundreshi Sumo Association, Mini Bus Association, FBC Shar Shali Pampore and many others headed by these two famous personalities of Pampore at first presented gift of laminated Saffron bouquet to Member Parliament G.N Ratanpuri and thenrepresented the memorandum of negligences and requirements fordevelopment of saffron town pampore. During the disscusion various issues and matters were discussed about ancestrol cash crop saffron, drainage systems and many others. Meanwhile Mr. Ratanpuri first encouraged the people of pampore that they are fighting fortheir own rights and for the welfare of their native town, Mr Ratanpuri revert to memorandum first allocated funds to the Cancer patient residing from the same area sanctioned the whole amount for full treatment. It is a very big and appreciable step of Mr Ratanipuri who really deserves award for that and is really appreciable activity that brings a lot of hapiness among the people of pampore. in addition to this, Ratnipuri also sanctioned Rs 7.5 laks for reconstruction and maintenance of Drangbal graveyard and also donated Rs 7.5 laks to sub district hospital Pampore for Amblance services. Ratnipuri also sanctioned Rs 8.5 laks for maintenance of Eidgah Shar Shali Pampore and also allocated the park near Wahab Khar sahib Astan famously knownas Wahab sahib from its parliament funds for the development of pampore. Ratnipuri continues its progressive steps he sanctions a new constructive road from government girls higher secondary Namlabal to grid station 220 Kv. In addition to this he also sanctions and allocated various funds from his allocated parliamentary account to various little work like drainage system, street lights and many other things. With these approvals and sanctions its gives pleasure to all of the federations that were present in the meeting at their Pulwama residence. The people ofPampore paid a lot of tributes to Mr. Ratnipuri for its developmentary activities and prays for their succesive upgradation. All of the federations and committiees especially FBC Pampore pays a lot of thankfullness for their good and benficial support for the development of our golden bowl.

Death and
attempt to murder of our heritage and ancestral cash crop saffron:
Pampore:: Pampore is well know as "Land of
Gold (Saffron)". The renowed town is full of historical as well as
archeological sites.
Pampore town is famous all over the world for the
saffron cultivation which is mainly grown in the Karewa lands of Pampore, and
its adjacent areas like chandhara,wuyan,sona krend,and many others.
Kashmiri saffron is said to be the best in the
world, a product of the ideal light, climate and soil conditions. It has an
unmistakable fragrance and a distinct and unique deep red orange/gold colour
together with a full rich flavour. The crocus flower is a lovely shade of
pastel purple which is harvested in a two week period in early November.
According
to Greek mythology, handsome mortal Crocos fell in love with the beautiful
nymph Smilax. But alas, his favors were rebuffed by Smilax, and he was turned
into a beautiful purple crocus flower.The word saffron derives from the Arab
word zafaran, meaning yellow, and it was mentioned as far back as 1500 b.c. in
many classical writings, as well as in the Bible. Further derivations come from
the Old French safran, Medieval Latin safranum, and Middle English
safroun.Saffron is harvested from the fall-flowering plantCrocus sativus, a
member of the Iris family. It is native to Asia Minor, where it has been cultivated
for thousands of years to be used in medicines, perfumes, dyes, and as a
wonderful flavoring for foods and beverages.The red-gold threads were also
highly prized by pharoahs and kings, yet large amounts produce deathly narcotic
effects.Saffron has been used medicinally to reduce fevers, cramps and enlarged
livers, and to calm nerves. It has also been used externally to for bruises,
rheumatism, and neuralgia. (Warning! Do not use medicinally without consulting
your physician.) Saffron is one of the few things that
truly is worth its weight in gold. This product of the crocus flower adds not
only pungent and aromatic flavor to foods, but also a beautiful golden color.
It is native to Asia Minor, where it has been cultivated for thousands of years
to be used in medicines, perfumes, dyes, and as a wonderful flavoring for foods
and beverages. The history of saffron cultivation
reaches back more than 3,000 years.The wild precursor of domesticated saffron
crocus was Crocus cartwrightianus. Human cultivators bred wild specimens by
selecting for unusually long stigmas. Thus, a sterile mutant form of C.
cartwrightianus, C. sativus, emerged in late Bronze Age Crete.Saffron is the
most precious and most expensive spice in the world. Therefore, having any saffron
is better than having no saffron.but now a days it seems the death of our
hereditary cash crop saffron due to various factors:
1. One distinct geographical area in
Kashmir famous for its production of saffron is the Pampore-green belt. It has
been witnessing a highly land grabbing,digging of karewas.using modern
techniques to transfer its soil form one place to another from the various
areas like wuyan,tulbagh,chandhara and now as according to the various
researchs that land is not now fertile and comfortable for its cultivation.
2. one of the prime reasons is the industrial units
which have come up in the area since 1982. The smoke and dust particles exuding
from these factories stagnate in the local atmosphere for a longer time because
the area is surrounded by high mountains fromtwo sides in the east and north.
Since the normal wind in Kashmir Valley blows from west to east,ActionAid’s
investigations in the area haverevealed that the smoke remains trapped for
alonger time, increasing the temperature in its lower atmosphere because of
larger amounts of warmer gases present in the air. The absence of any tree cover
over the surrounding mountains compounds the problem, the presence of which
could have offset the excess carbon content in the air.Although normally in
hotter regions aerosols are believed to have a cooling effect on the lower environment,
in the case of a cold region like Kashmir, investigations have shown.
3. The rapid decrease of land
available for saffron production prompted the state government to pass a law
banning the sale of or use of saffron land for any other purposes. But despite
passing the law to protect the saffron land, the state government recently
acquired nearly 140 acres of saffron land to be used for the construction of a
paramilitary central reserve police force.
4. With growing urbanization in
Pampore belt of Pulwama district in South Kashmir the Saffron industry is
facing grave threat in the state as Government has failed to put standing laws
into practice to stop constructions on the saffron land. Recently
mr.Shailender Kumar Director DAC Government of India who visited Saffron belt
in Pampore area and issued on spot directions to state authorities for formal
handing over and taking over of land for Saffron park and Quality Testing lab
at Dussu and same be furnished to National Horticulture Board in order to
enable the construction work on park and lab. During the deliberations it was
also proposed that 72 tube wells should be taken up for construction to provide
timely irrigation facilities to the saffron. There has however been cent
percent achievement in vermin compost units and in demonstration plots during
2011. The Mission could revolutionize the saffron industry provided the
conversion of the land is stopped by Government. The much talked about National
Saffron Mission is likely to face the rough weather in this belt in case the
rapid urbanization is not contained and serious steps are not taken by the
Government in this regard.no doubt NATIONAL SAFFRON MISSION helped a lot to the
people but not even a single awareness camp is not being organized to aware the
people about its main aims that is to grow the saffron more organically.Villagers
in Pampore allege that authorities have failed to take the necessary steps to
promote saffron cultivation and have had a hand in decreasing the amount of
land available to grow saffron – a move that has hindered the local economy.
This, combined with the drought-like conditions of the last few years has
forced many growers to sell or abandon their land. From
7000 hectares in Pampore tehsil , the land under saffron cultivation has
reduced to 3600 hectares.While before few decades one hectare of land would
yield around 10 kilograms of saffron, at present only around two kilograms per
hectare are produced.Officially, Kashmir was producing around 40 tonnes of but
now it has come down to around 12 tonnes.
5. Another factor is the hpcl plant and the gas
turbines in Pampore that releases nitrogeneous effects and pollutes our pious
land which also leads us to decline in the yielding of saffron.
Many other causes which leads to destruction of our
ancestral cash crop saffron is the fraudsters and fake dealers in the market
which are not being registered by the govt.of jammu and Kashmir.we are not
against the EXIM policies of govt that Iranian saffron should be totally banned
to import in Kashmir but the buyer seller meetings,exhibitions should be
organised so that it could give the promotion to our ancestral industry.
It is not opposition to the government of india but
it is a request to safeguard our heritage because 90% of the people of Pampore
earn their livelihood with this God gift saffron.
SAVE AND SAFEGUARD THE ECONOMY OF PEACEFUL TOWN OF KASHMIR.
